Shipping policy

Kitumi does monthly drops. Preorders are from the 1st to 15th of each month, and all preorders ship out on the last day of that month (30th/31st).

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your package gets lost, you will not get a refund. If your package gets returned to Kitumi due to incorrect address, you will have to pay for the new shipping label and your package will be reshipped ASAP. Once the carrier of your choice ships your package out, Kitumi will have no control over it. If there are shipping issues, please reach out, and I will do my best to help.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, shipping to US addresses takes 2-7 days, and shipping to international addresses takes 5-20 days.
